Terms and Conditions:

1. Introduction Welcome to Web Design Mauritius. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided Web Design Mauritius offers the following services:

• Free website homepage designs via live Zoom calls for customer approval.

• Website development based on approved designs, including domain name registration (if required) and hosting on our servers.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on existing websites or as part of our developing service.

• The SEO service is an ongoing project to be paid monthly.

• AI chatbot integration to enhance customer interactions.

• Booking plugin integration into existing websites.

• Google Maps Business claiming for local businesses in Mauritius.

3. Payment Terms

• Website development, Google Maps Business claiming, and booking plugin integration require a 50% upfront payment.

• The remaining 50% must be paid before the service is put online.

• Hosting, maintenance, AI chatbot, and SEO services require monthly payments on the agreed date each month.

• Failure to make payments on time may result in service suspension or termination.

• The prices are to be set by contract, individually discussed with the client and may vary from client to client due to project sizes and business sector of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information and required content for website development.

• Clients must attend scheduled Zoom calls and provide timely approvals.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Website development, Google Maps Business claiming, and booking plugin services: The upfront 50% payment is non-refundable once the service has commenced.

• Monthly services (Hosting, Maintenance, AI Chatbots, SEO): Clients may cancel with at least 30 days’ notice, but no refunds will be issued for past payments.

6. Intellectual Property

• All website designs remain the property of Web Design Mauritius until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of the developed website is transferred to the client.

• Web Design Mauritius reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Web Design Mauritius is not liable for losses resulting from website downtime, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.

• Clients assume responsibility for managing their website content and ensuring compliance with laws.

8. Termination of Services

• Web Design Mauritius reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms.

• Clients may terminate services at any time, subject to the refund and cancellation policies outlined above.

9. Amendments to Terms Web Design Mauritius reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
